I tried the 1st time their waffles jerked chicken & fried chicken it was great! There after ordered again just giving one more time worse!!! To the point I cannot eat the chicken because it's so tough & taste like it's weeks old; mac & cheese dry; rasta pasta with jerked chicken dry & pasta is over cooked. I wish it was delivered by them so i can send it back! Money wasted so upsetting

The waffles are so soft and the chicken is so crispy. They tasted the same a day later and that made me so happy. Will absolutely be coming back here again. 10/10 fr

This is the 3rd time I order food from here, well recently … twice  last week, peas and rice with Jerk chicken The food was COLD.. Sad part was it was an in person order smh.. Then I ordered waffles and fry chicken, Food was  COLD. waffles soggy as well as strawberry … Today was the very last time .. I ordered jerk chicken Rasta pasta , food was COLD, chicken not Fresh .. Looks like left Overs … So disappointed.. Hope you all  do better !…

This was the worst I have had with a West Indian purchase of food.  I place an order just tonight because it was close by,and I was hungry.  Purchase 2 medium dinners one curry goat and Oxtail dinner.. Girl at the counter asked if I wanted rice and peas with vegetables.. I said yes with extra gravy.. Dinners came in a small container, no extra Gravy and a half of slice tomatoes… Unbelievable, portions are getting smaller, price bigger and nasty customer service all around.. I would not be buying from this place again.. I get it inflation is up but, you raise the prices and slice everything 1/4.. You just lost a customer.. you get no stars here.. food was not tasty either.

i ordered the chicken & waffles because that's what i see people get so hype about.. i tried out the buttermilk and blueberry flavored waffles & let me tell you that ihop pancakes tasted way better than the waffles that they sell here.. they're just regular somewhat fluffy waffles with barely any flavor. the chicken was terrible.. it tasted as if it had no seasoning at all, some parts had a watery, slimey texture to it and was clearly very undercooked. i was hoping that this would be my new favorite spot but was wrong. totally would not recommend and will not be returning.

I only like the goat head soup here. Cow foot is disgusting and the fried chicken is hard as a rock. There is a dark skin young girl who collects at the register who has a mean attitude. They need to remove her from the front and put her around back. People want to spend there hard money with good customer service.Food: 2/5

The Best Chicken & Waffles I’ve had. This is a Gem in the Bronx.

I have eaten from this establishment in the past. I had good luck with the chicken and waffles. This time around I had bad luck. I ordered curry chicken with rice, peas, steamed vegetables, and an order of jerk chicken. I felt okay at first, then when I got home I felt so sick and had loose diarrhea for the rest of the day. I learned my lesson and I don't think I will order from here anymore.

I don't understand, are people not knowing what GOOD FOOD is? 3 strikes and you're out. EVERYTIME I ordered food horrible. 1st it was the curry goat..A VERY FAR MISS!! YOU CAN TELL THE FOOD WAS STALE. The peas in rice were black equates to stale. The curry was not hot, so, I reheated in my microwave..it smelled off. Trashed it. Went back for breakfast, porridge, liver and fried dumplings...OMGOSH! Dumplings were tough, porridge no taste and full of salt..liver was a waste of time, it was hard  and chewy. Stop using microwave to reheat food!!! Last and final...chicken and waffles...Another waste of my money..had to be days old hard fried chicken. There's no way that chicken was fresh! Sorry this place is a no can do for me. All bark and no bite. Find a better place to eat..there's no way I can spend any money here again. 3 times I try and disappointed everytime. They say support local black, no problem! But, not when servers have attitudes and the food is trash. Roc a tone is a bit further, costs more, but quality and consistent EVERYTIME!
