Best priced destination spa out there! I have gone to many destination spas…let’s just say I’m a junkie! This is by far the best price of any out there. I wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so low, but I did get the best hiking and best massage of anywhere I have ever been. The staff is incredible. The owner, Jimmy, is an interesting guy and runs an awesome program. The hotel is more than adequate and very clean and the fact that I got a private room with a private bathroom for this price is very surprising. I have been to the “higher end” destination spas and while the accommodations at New Life are not anything close to those, the hiking, food & massage are better or on par with those. For the price of an 11 night retreat at New Life was almost to the penny what I spent on a weekend at another spa.

I came this season for the first time and it was amazing. This is one of those vacations you have to experience to really get the full picture of what it is. I had a nice little, private room with a super comfortable bed, three wonderful meals a day, beautiful guided hikes each morning. I was there for 6 nights, so I got two massages included with my stay. I came by myself and was completely comfortable. For the entire thing, I just paid about $1,600 with tax and everything. I got a special for booking early. I didn’t do too many afternoon classes, but yoga was great and I enjoyed a fitness class by Jess. The combo of the guests, the staff and the food/dining hall are just a neat little mix that makes a it great time away. A reboot I needed. Thank you New Life-I will be back!

I attended New Life Hiking Spa in September of 2015 at the beginning of fall foliage and it was spectacular. I met interesting people (the guests and the staff), got some great hiking in and ate tasty healthy food. Massages were fantastic. This is a nice, low-key wellness vacation and the price can’t be beat for what New Life Hiking Spa offers. I will be returning next summer, just like everyone else who was there. Great place, one of a kind vacation.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I have been to many spa vacations and this one is the best spa vacation for the best price! First of all, it’s in Vermont, so you feel like you are in another country, or at least very far away from reality. Secondly, this program is top notch. It is run like clockwork (maybe since they have been doing it for 38 years). Staff and hiking guides were beyond excellent. Hike gorgeous. Food and cooking demos fabulous. Massages with gifted healers. Accommodations were basic, but fine, clean and very comfortable bed. Dining area was perfect for a solo traveler. I am already planning on returning next year. I am also recommending this vacation to all my friends. No better value out there. Thank you New Life Hiking Spa! Don’t ever change!!!

Incredible value for a vacation that offers so much. Room, food, guided hikes even a massage for every three nights all included. Loved it! Will return.
