The Woodstock Inn is an exceptional place to stay. Woodstock Vermont is stunningly beautiful and made even better by the Woodstock Inn. It's the kind of rare place that is great for visiting with children or on a romantic getaway. The exercise facilities are top notch, the variety of entertainment provided by the Inn and surrounding area is captivating, the accommodations are spotlessly maintained and the staff are extremely friendly (particularly the housekeepers and Billy from the tavern). Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. In winter, summer, spring, and fall--this is the real four seasons resort.

My girlfriend and I went to the spa for a massage and facial and then went to the Richardson's Tavern Restaurant at night. We had a blast of the entire time we were there and always felt like we were taking care of. The spot was extremely relaxing and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and each time the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exquisite character and elegance are the adjectives that come to mind when trying to describe this gem of Woodstock, VT. While the prices are certainly in line with its looks, it is worth at least dining at one of its two restaurants as well as indulging in one of their spa treatments which comes with full access to their hot outdoor whirlpool, outdoor sauna and steam room! I am sure it also makes for a great wedding location or Golf weekend getaway if you are willing to part with a substantial amount of money.

Loved the area and activities that were offered. The room was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. The room didn't have the best lighting but otherwise was fine with lots of space and a nice tv if you have time to stay in your room and watch.

Best hotel in new England.. quick service throughout, great food, awesome pool, and family atmosphere.
