NOTO has been serving Creole cuisine in Madison since 1985. We make everything here except the fabulous bread which is baked fresh very night to our recipe by Colonial Bakery. We use only US seafood. All of our chicken is from WI and MN. We fry in 100% liquid soy oil. There are no trans-fats here, only butter and olive oil. We have had many famous fans the past thirty years, but everyone who loves NOTO is important to us. We hope that it shows.
