It's a pricey place to eat but the food is delicious! The service is fantastic and it is definitely a unique experience. Every item the servers brought by was distinctly flavored and perfectly cooked. Price will make me only go back on special occasions but it was a great night.

Great atmosphere and excellent food. All you can eat "salad" bar with soups, bread, and cold & hot options, then multiple meat options brought to the table on skewers when you're ready, and the servings are cut directly to your plate. Try a little of everything and take seconds (or thirds) on your favorites. Brilliant dining experience!

On June 3rd 2017, we held a surprise wedding at Samba Brazilian Grill. I rented the rooms in the upper mezzanine to have the ceremony and a nice dinner with over 40 guests.  This was the best decision I made regarding my wedding!  I already knew the food as is one of my favorite restaurants in Madison. What made the experience memorable was the service we got from the manager, Shane, and his great staff.  They help us organize de room for the ceremony, treated our guests politely and kindly, the food was delicious as my guests expressed  and I already knew, and they even help us with a mishap with our wedding cake. All evening we were taken care of... everything just went smoothly!
If you want to have an event at Samba or a nice dinner with lots of excellent food, do not hesitate to do it! Their variety of dishes and service will leave you fallen in love with this place.

The choice selections of meats just astound me. They all come out juicy, tender, flavorful, NOT overcooked. Every one. At least when I have gone here. That's pretty amazing, actually. I don't think there is one steak house in town that hasn't sent me overcooked meat at one point or another. (Except for Flemings). 

I love the buffet arrangement of second dishes. Chicken salad, farro, cheeses, condiments, etc. Love that feijoada is a choice, just like being in Brazil. And roasted pineapple!

But it's the meat. Great great great. If you are a carnivore, this is the place to go in Madison.

I very much enjoyed my experience here. It was different than the traditional all you can eat places and when I left I could feel my satisfaction. 

All the servers were very reactive and speedy. This was extremely surprising as the restaurant was also graced with basically the entire UW Madison football team. Their ability to keep pumping out constantly good food with the sheet number of people was respectable. 

Though I felt the set up for the buffet was inadequate fort the high volume of people and singer of the dishes were very hit or miss the meat brought to the table was constantly tasty. And of course the wonderful grilled pineapple, I could eat that for ages!!

Overall a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it.
