Ryan exceeded my expectations it was a pleasure working with him. He answered every one of questions, was very knowledgeable and I got a decent rate. Plus I enjoyed only having one contact person throughout the whole process.

New Penn did a fantastic job with our home purchase. I expect a lot from people I work with, and Ryan exceeded my expectations. No matter what issues arose, Ryan was on top of it immediately and worked quickly to get it resolved. We even closed earlier than expected. I cannot recommend him enough!!

After careful research and countless offers, I recently chose to refinance my home with new Penn Financial.  Their rates were extremely competitive, but it was their customer support that won me over.  Eric Reque, my mortgage specialist, was extremely knowledgeable about current refinance programs offered in the industry and qualified me with an outstanding loan.  Although refinancing is extremely tedious, Eric was right there with me the entire way and offered continued advice and support.   I would certainly recommend New Penn to anyone looking for loan services, and I HIGHLY recommend Eric Reque for anyone looking for a reliable and HONEST loan specialist.  Thanks again Eric, and to the New Penn team.
