I love the bank do all of my banking with them. I had them for while for insurance. I hated Wells Fargo,very poor customer service, but had been with them 10 years. We made the leap after we could do mobile deposits. I will bring the kids in get their accounts set up now that we have a branch in Atlanta. Customer service has always been great for me. I never had an issues with out of the ordinary holds on my money. Insurance is the cheapest and I have a lead foot.

Wonderful Customer Service and outstanding facility. The reason for the 1 Star is the capabilities of the "Branch location". I don't see a reason for a location if you can't do the normal banking function like other institutions. I could not deposit payroll checks, during business hours instead you must use the mobile app. I didn't need to drive 30mins to us my phone (didn't want the deposit pending). You can only withdraw $5,000 from the inside ATM, and anything over that you have problems. The functionality and services of the "Branch location" needs to improve over what I can do over the phone or mobile app. The hypothetical reason of a local is to offer more services than what is offered online or over the phone.

Most of the time this is my favorite bank, except when they charge me fees for things that I didn't do. I called for a fee that appeared on my account for a transaction that had been posted when I had money in my account and the agent couldn't explain it to me...it seems suspicious given how many banks get into trouble for fees nowadays. But they are typically a great bank.

What the world were they thinking? I understand location, location but this location? First off you may want to be in a prominent area but the inconsistency of this location is a headache. First, it's hard to understand the setup of the parking. Second, you are servicing mostly military or maybe they forgot they have wounded warriors? Third, what was the point of opening ONE in Atlanta if not to have all of its capabilities? Smh

Glad there is finally a location in Atlanta... However who ever was in charge of deciding on a location could not have been considering most customers. Yes is on a great area in town, beautiful building...... but is not easy to get to because is an extremely busy area which means lots of traffic always , parking is always a challenge. Perhaps a location with a drive thru would have been a better choice for this area.
