There is literally no communication among employees and govt. Everytime I go in I owe a different amount of money, and end up having to pay when I was told I didn't. Anytime you ask someone a question I can assure you that every person there will give you a different answer. It's honestly unbelievable that the county or the state of Virginia allows this place to operate the way it does.

They told me at the beginning of September that I owed $274. Went in and payed $50, making it $224. Went in last week and was told I magically owe $274 again! They said all their records said I haven't paid since May, which is bull. My bank account showed that the check for $50 was cashed, so VASAP litterallly stole from me.
