Although it took a while to get through, I did my paperwork in one trip, even though I had to call the car dealer to fax over a form. The staff was courteous and professional.  

Here is a tip:  you need to be prepared with your appropriate forms and documentation.   I had most of my form ready when I came in, but missed a couple blanks and was able to complete it there.  I had a somewhat complicated transaction, and with the phone call and waiting on a fax my total time was about 90 minutes.  I was first in the door when the doors opened.  The guy who was second in the door had a simpler transaction, and he was about 20 or 30 minutes.

Excellent service and very friendly representatives. The nicest DMV I have been to.

I have been trying to call the customer service  for days! Every time I call no matter the day of the week or time of day  I get the same message. They are experiencing a higher call volume than expected and cant answer my call. I am then disconnected. I am out of state. I need to be able to talk to someone.
