The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing over here. Queens narcotics was handling my case but used the 101 precinct to handle the booking and holding process. I came back literally the next day not even 24 hours after my charges were DISMISSED(never should have been arrested in the first place but that's neither here nor there anymore) and the officers could not find my car keys! The officers there said it was the narcs that were responsible for my keys and the narcs said it was the officers at the 101 that were responsible for my keys. Finally a desk sergeant with half a brain figured it out and got me my keys. Communication..I understand I technically wasn't arrested by 101 officers but don't you communicate with your narcotics counterparts? Also they vouchered my cash for safe keeping(not evidence) they put my money(little over 400 dollars) in the bank which I had to go down to the NYPD property clerk in Long Island city to get. So I go down to Pearson place and they can't issue me a check because the 101(it was specifically a 101 issue) only makes deposits on Thursdays or something like that. So I had to wait 5 more days to get my money. So I went all the way to long island city to have to turn around and go back 5 days later..long island city is NOT around the corner. But since as usual the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, no one bothered to tell me about the one day a week bank deposit snag. Could have saved me a trip. Between losing my keys, the money situation and the whole needless arrest in the first place it was like the punishment that kept on giving...and my charges were dismissed!! They need to get it together down there! Communication is key!

On Sunday morning, November 13, 2016, at around 9:00 AM I was pulled over by a police officer from this precinct on Brunswick Ave. near the intersection of Brunswick Ave. and Nameoke Ave. I was issued a traffic ticket for something I didn't do. The officer was shouting at me in a fit of rage and made me fear for my life. At the end of the traffic stop he threw the ticket at me and then burst out laughing. On March 2, 2017 I confronted the officer at the local DMV traffic court. He denied everything and pretended that it was a routine traffic stop. I then asked him whether anything else happened. In response he became extremely nervous and said, "No. Nothing else happened. It was just a traffic ticket." He was so nervous that some of his fellow officers were laughing. I then proceeded to describe everything that actually happened in an animated and dramatic way. At the end of my presentation, the officer was crying and trembling. His fellow officers all had looks of utter shock on their faces. After the traffic court case was over, I submitted a formal complaint against the officer to the Civilian Complaint Review Board. I was interviewed in person by one of their investigators. On Memorial Day, at around 9:00 AM I received a visit at my house from the officer's supervisor. He angrily accused me of fabricating the whole story. As "proof" for his allegation, he pointed to the lack of video evidence for what actually occurred. That is because the NYPD has no cameras in their patrol cars, and does not issue body cameras to their officers. Apparently, protecting innocent civilians by holding officers accountable for their behavior is a non-priority for the city budget. If and when the NYPD is willing to start treating me like a human being and resolve this issue in a satisfactory way, I would be more than happy to replace this post with a positive one.

They refuse to protect the area of Mott Av After Beach Channel Drive near Bayswater. They laughed at me saying "we will not have a full time police here in the area". We came here a year ago from Brooklyn and were already mugged twice, had 2 home break-ins, and a camera stolen from my car. Their crime stats are extremely under reported. None of the above crimes were reported and Much of the people here are not legal citizens and are afraid to call the police when a crime is committed against them.

Terrible I was a victim of domestic violence came to the precint for help in fear of my life. Had to defend myself against my abuser and I got arrested. Only to be put in the hospital again by my abuser after I got out of jail.

I was pulled over for a unkown reason , officers asked me for license and registration. Which i provided they came back to the car and asked did i know my license was suspended i stated no they arrested me and said that i will just be getting a ticket and going home. 3 other individuals was areested for the same exact thing and let out within a hr with their ticket. Myself was held for 7 hrs because of where i reside the questioned me on everything about a area that i reside that i hardly even be in other to lay my head n leave. 3 different times 3 different people they wasnt even concerned about what i was actually there for. I feel that i was harassed just because of a area and they put me in the category of a criminal or knowing a criminal because of my address
