Def refuse to deal with their Sr PAA. no need to be rude and have an attitude when I'm only asking questions to help me figure out what I need. Saying you're only trying to help when you're not even listening to me is NOT HELPFUL. get it together. You need to take some people sensitivity classes. If you treat regular things like this, i can't imagine a DV survivor.

i called one time to get my report number，then i lost the number . Then i called again today on 10:30 am try to get it again.The lady pick up the phone with nasty attitude questioning ：we already gave u the number ，u didn't write it down？ i just want to comfirm the number ，then she just hang up. Very rude， Is she representing NYPD？Please don't hire people like this，hire someone with good upbring. I feel sorry for her，sorry for the 5th Precinct.

While on a trip to NYC in June, my aunt and me went to this station to lodge a report about her stolen iPhone. Officer Chan was very polite and professional in handling our case, even though my aunt might be a bit loud in her hysteria and explanations, having just lost invaluable data in her phone. Our experience here certainly puts our impression of NYPD in a better light, unlike at 9th Precinct, where an officer waved our case over nonchalantly and let us wait while he chatted with his friends.
