I loved this place. They were friendly and professional from the moment I walked through the door. Dr Kaplin was excellent be listening to my concerns and making appreciate heath test/recommendations for my condition. I was pleased and will return.

Doctor Iones was incredibly condescending to me about a TUMOR. IN MY BRAIN. I highly recommend you avoid her. On top of that, NY Neurology Associates WILL NOT allow you to see another Doctor in their practice. They canceled my appointment without warning. There are 5 doctors on ZocDoc that are all part of that practice. This place is a joke.

Very professional staff. My appointment was scheduled within a day of my making the request—which was very important to me. I needed to change the time and Victor was still able to accommodate me. I received some difficult news that Dr. Artem Kaplan conveyed in manner that was both professional and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan—I was very impressed by both his demeanor and credentials.

Couldn't recommend Dr Anna Iones and her team more. Very thorough and helpful. Would encourage anyone concerned about their neurological health to consider Dr. Iones and her team.
