I went back to New York New York salon after being away for almost ten years.  I was not disappointed.  I was there to make a big change in hair color.  My stylist was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process.  She made sure I understood the process and the products.  I got a personal tour of the new building and got to meet the owner.  I will be back soon to continue on my "hair" journey.  I highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

I've been going to New York New York Hair Salon and Spa for several years. The staff is warm and attentive. I had my hair cut, highlighted and styled this visit. Molly does a wonderful job with color, she listens to my requests, makes suggestions, we come up with a game plan and then she works her magic. The new location is light and airy with plenty of parking. I'm looking forward to trying the spa side of the salon later this week!

First time and the staff were terrific!  Even while waiting for my appointment, I never felt forgotten.  Someone was always asking me if I wanted something to drink or eat.  I even got shown around the beautiful shop. It's gorgeous!  Doug did my hair to perfection.  I could not be happier.  Will definitely be going back!

I consider NYNY Salon to be a part a special part of life! They make me feel VIP on every single visit and they would never let me leave unless I was 100% satisfied--which is always!!! Here a just a few things that I love: the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous new location, the quality of service by my amazing stylist Emily, the fact that they bring me delicious coffee just how I like it, their wonderful products, and quite simply, that they let me be "me"! I often like to have my hair styled differently after my color is done and they always do whatever I ask! Curly, straight, braids--whatever I like! I could never say enough great things about all the people who work there. They work so hard to provide a great experience for their clients. It's so evident on every visit and that's why I love to send as many people to the salon as I can--because I want everyone to have such a special "happy" place to visit each month to be pampered! Thank you NY NY Salon for being so wonderful and helping me feel beautiful!

Wonderful staff. Always a pleasant experience! Eliza is the best. We love her and the attention she pays to detail and always giving us the best service.
