UMass dining runs the food now so its pretty similar to dc food

I've been eating there for a number of years, and the food and the service have deteriorated with the new management. The guy who ran ot for about years did a rather good job. He had procedures that worked with that space, and the other personnel generally knew how to do the job, and they knew how to take an order. I have eaten there three times since it reopened this month, and I have been disappointed. The food was't bad; I deliberately ordered easy things, but the person taking the order got it wrong every time. How badly can someone mess up two eggs over easy, sausage, toast, and home fries? Well, if the one taking the order doesn't enter "homefries", then it gets messed up. I may try something else easy in a few days or next week, but I have no great hopes.
