One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. They don’t follow regulations on handling food safely here. First they make me a broth bowl that they’ve only make twice and the person that is making it accidentally touches the food inside the brow they bowl with her bare hands because she forgot to put gloves back on, but she denies. I insist on them making me another one and when they finally do, the ingredients in the broth bowl end up not fully cooked. They offer to microwave it for me and I agree but while taking it the lady again touches the broth with her bare hands without gloves on so I say never mind just make me another sandwich. And while she gets the bread to make the sandwich she’s wearing the same plastic gloves that she used to check her phone a while earlier. Does she realize how dirty phones are? I tell her to change plastic gloves and she does and toast the sandwich for a longer time but my sandwich ends up cold in the middle and the bread ends up burnt. I just gave up at this point and ate my sandwich with burnt bread. This is possibly the worst experience I’ve had while getting any type of food. They definitely have a food safety problem, with providing me not fully cooked rice noodles and veggies in a broth bowl and touching customer’s foods with their bare hands.

It's got decent coffee and sandwiches. The prices aren't horrible but they're definitely playing to the hipster crowd with what they charge. Everything is wicked clean and the staff is friendly. The parking is on-street since there's no dedicated parking, but that's the reality of most Amherst businesses. All in all, it's good food and coffee. It's just a little expensive for the area that it's in. Everything is organize and natural though.

This place really works for students and people who need some rest and study while drinking coffee or tea. You can also find all organic food, even organic farm bread here. Here you can also find bagel with cream cheese and salmon! Yes, salmon bagel :) eat well feel good.

Great smoothies, good service although not sure if it is always good we have visited twice both times when it has not been that busy. But great little place to sit and talk with friend or catch up with some work. Large venue with free WiFi. I think. The staff were very very helpful and were more than happy to explain things on the menu.

Nice people. Very mediocre food. Feels like nothing.
