I've been doing business with Newstar for about 15 years and been well pleased.  Everyone at the store is very helpful and pleasant.  Extremely good value on items purchased, and I loved the selections.

The sales people are amazing.  They will find you exactly what you are looking for and i looked everywhere and could not find a better price.  They are the most helpful and sincere jeweler I have ever dealt with.  They are helpful and work hard to get exactly what you are looking for not just trying to sell you the most expensive piece you can afford.  My Wife LOVES her ring, and I could not find a better price.  I will never buy anything from any other jeweler.  They can even make anything you can dream up.  Very professional and pleasant to work with.  Great price for the highest quality.

I had a unique situation where I needed a quick engagement ring and they were so very helpful! I didn't have to worry about haggling down for price or anything they were very straight up honest prices and wonderful to work with!

Miss the old owners. The new Newstar under new ownership lacks communication. I was informed after I dropped my watch off that it sat waiting to be sent out for over eight days when I requested I needed it in 2 weeks. I did not find this out till I called to see if my items were done. The lady over the phone said " well, it did not go out for repair till the 9th ( sat there 8 days). I asked why I did not receive a phone called about the delay. Her answer.... " I do not know" .
