I interned here, and it was the best experience I have ever had. Todd Clark is a seriously humble, authentic town manager who puts others before himself. He cares so much about Newton, and he has made so many difficult decisions to ensure the people are satisfied. He would smile and despite all of the work he had, he always worked hard to get it done. Sean houvis is also a brilliant individual who I learned a lot from. Now that I graduated college, I can see how the internship helped me tremendously. I really love the administration team, and I have nothing to say but good things about the administration of Newton. Compassionate, understanding, intelligent, and caring staff. Keep Mr. Todd Clark, and the town will continue to thrive.
A good place to go get help with whatever you need help with or whatever it is maybe
Worst place to even think about buying a home or moving to. Can never get in touch with any one and results...ha good luck with that. Unless you’re lining their pockets you don’t have voice.
Good luck getting a hold of these guys. 50/50 chance they'll pick up the phone or call back. Go inside if you need anything done.

Water bill is unreal average 50.00 month for two person family. Trash pick up is awful the guys leave the can laying on the ground or right at the edge of curb. Really need to step up the game and stop ripping people off.
They take more then money then it using really charging you 3,000 of water? When I barely use 1k
Newton is such a nice small town. The people here are great. The staff is awesome and they really care about the town. The future is bright in Newton
