My girls have seen Dr. Hall since 2012, she is a great pediatrician. Many friends have changed to her as well and all are happy with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, great with kids (funnily enough, not a given with pediatricians!), I have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment and she has always fit us in for sick visits. Highly highly recommend

I have been taking my two children to Dr. Hall and she is the best pediatrician any one can have. She is great with kids, she has an extensive experience, she is very kind and she really knows her stuff. She listens the parents concerns and she takes time with her patients. An awesome doctor. There were so many times I had to call after midnight and each time, she patiently listened my concerns and guided me on what should I do. Besides being such a wonderful doctor, she is a great person. I think she is the best pediatrician around.

Dr. Hall was so caring and an intelligent diagnostician last week when our son came into her office with pneumonia. I've never encountered a pediatrician who would text with me in the middle of the night to comfort me and then call me the next morning to ask how her patient is doing! She is a very dedicated and empathetic pediatrician who takes time with her patient. The same is said about her nurse practitioners. The nurse and office staff are really wonderful, too.

Since I work in downtown Bethesda, I decided to walk in the office to make the appointment on behalf of my sister! The person at the front – I think she’s related to Dr. Hall – made the appointment without any problem. The problem started when I called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm. The person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude; she kept interrupting me to tell me there’s no appointment scheduled! When I tried to remind her that I stopped by the office to schedule the appointment; she said: “We only see patients who have health insurance!” I replied “My sister will pay cash and in advance” I also added that the reason she doesn’t have insurance because they live in Doha and they’re just visiting the U.S., she replied: “well, this is a private business and we decide whom to see!!” then she hang up! I called back to find out why she hang up before we finish our phone conversation but unfortunately she was not willing to speak to me. My point is if they only see patients who have health insurance why they didn’t tell me that when I made the appointment!! My experience with Next Generation Pediatrics was one of the worst experience I have had. They really made me feel that they see certain patients and not ALL people are welcome!

I really cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hall and her practice. I was thrilled to rejoin them after moving back to the area with my now 2 sons. They really get to know each of their patients and spend time with you both in the office and over the phone. I love that I can give Dr. Hall a call whenever I have a concern. One night my 6 month old was running a scary high temperature and I accidentally called the appointment line instead of Dr. Hall's direct line. Her mother, who is wonderful, answered the phone in the middle of the night and told me to head to the ER and that she would contact Dr. Hall. I felt badly for waking her mother in the middle of the night but she was so patient, empathetic and kind. My son had an ear infection and everything turned out fine but as a worried Mommy it was so wonderful to have understanding doctors just a phone call away. I drive about 25 minute to get to her practice during visits and I would drive farther needed! Kathy McCue and Leslie Wright also work in her practice and I'm always happy to take my boys to them as well. Love seeing so many great women running a wonderful practice!
