I felt fantastic after. I believe the theory is accurate, and with consistency, results will be evident. I enjoyed that there was enough equipment for everyone and everyone had their assigned space so there is no confusion. I also liked the energy of the trainers. They smile, they’re interactive, and they recognized that they’re watching you.You felt like you were being held accountable and someone cared. I also liked that you could choose the weights that best fit you and your present fitness level. It was high energy and there wasn’t a moment wasted in that one hour class. I can’t wait until my next work out there.

I like that each workout has a different design--never a dull workout! And I like having a coach alongside us to encourage us, offer alternative weight and strength workouts, and to correct our form. I have now worked with all the trainers (just did one with Renee last Saturday--she is awesome!) and they are all good--very personable and encouraging. If you are someone who loses interest in a "regular gym" workout, this is for you!

Well I have been to a lot of gyms in my life but orange theory fitness is certainly different from all of them. The family feeling at Orange theory of Ocala is unmeasurable. Great coaches great staff and the clients are awesome. I absolutely recommend this gym wholeheartedly as it will change your body and your mind and give you such a good outlook for everything. Love this group of people you won't be sorry.

Absolutely the best work out I have ever done! Coaches are amazing, atmosphere is awesome. I also love that anyone and EVERYONE can do this!!! #OTFOcala

I needed something that would put a fire under my butt to get me back in gear! This was it! I love seeing my status on the TV, it really keeps me going.
