Serendipitously, we called first to see how busy they were and made a "check-in appointment". We arrived early to fill out the usual paperwork, which was actually only one form. We were called back to be seen immediately thereafter, much to our surprise. The tech was pleasant, took my partner's info and led us into the exam room. Upon getting settled in the exam room, P.A. Michelle Thomas came in and noticed his problem right away: swollen, red, puffy eyes; red, itchy ears and wrists and immediately knew he'd had a pretty annoying allergic response, though not to the point of anaphylaxis (thankfully!). After making us welcome and introducing herself, she continued by getting some additional details and incidental particulars. She determined that my partner was indeed suffering from an allergic response, gave him a steroid shot, dispensed some instructions and sent us on our way! Michelle Thomas treated us as intelligent persons, not as ignoramuses, and made us feel welcome. She treated us as peers and it was lovely not to feel condescended to! She obviously knows her business very well and puts it to very good use in this clinic. We will definitely return to this location in the future, should the need arise. Additionally, we will most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone we know that is in need. Thank you to everyone who helped us out at NextCare and made what could have been a mild trauma, into a quick, dare I say pleasant, experience!

Check in online to avoid wait times. This location is quick and efficient. Dr. Thomas is amazing! She is so sweet and really knows her stuff. She explains what she is doing and why (in English). She is quick, kind, and smart. I was afraid I had a viral infection and that nothing could be done. She agreed my sore throat was viral but didn’t send me away empty handed, to suffer through. I’m always increasingly impressed with the care I receive here.

The staff and physicians are always so caring and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all of the issues are taken care of. PAC Judith Jones was amazing. I was very happy with the service received at NextCare

I was seen at NextCare Urgent today and I can honestly say that Cassandra Owens, FNP is one of the BEST providers I'd seen in a long time. She was professional, caring, understanding and compassionate. Please value her as you are very fortunate to have her as part of your team. Thank you.

This was my first time and I was very impressed.. The staff at the front desk was friendly and I didn't have a long wait. I was in and out within a half hour or so.. Will definitely come back to them.. And the best part is they are open seven days a week...
