Worst laundromat in Burbank! Not only is this place totally overpriced but the old witch who runs it is probably the meanest woman you'll ever meet. And although it says here that they close at 10:30PM, that's a total lie. We started three loads just after 9:15 only to be told that the place closed at 10:00PM. I told her that's not what it says online and she just growled back at me: "No. We close at 10:00!" 

Determined to stay until our clothes were completely dry we ended up keeping her there until 10:11PM. And let me tell you, she never let us forget how badly we were inconveniencing her. She hovered over us while we folded and kept jangling her keys as if we'd forgotten what she'd said. It was seriously one of the worst laundrymat experiences of my life, and I've had homeless people making soup in laundrymats next to me while I folded my shirts in San Francisco. A truly awful experience! 

If you can go anywhere to do your laundry, do it! This place sucks! 😡

Affordable. Can get very busy at times.  Parking is a bit challenging. It's a clean place, BUT please clean the small washing machines often.

Clean, quiet place - horrible prices and customer service. All washers are set to "light" wash, changing it to medium or heavy charges you another 50 cents. $2.50 to do a regular size load is absurd compared to anywhere else local. Dryers are a quarter for SEVEN minutes (as compared to 10, 12 or even 15 everywhere else nearby). The laundry lady who lurks about made me feel so uncomfortable I'm sitting in the car waiting til my load is done writing this.

Been coming here for awhile. Dealt with their unfriendly environment for the most part because it's closest to my place but since last week, I've had enough. A $4.75 washer machine broke down on me right when I hit the start button. I told the rude lady about the problem and instead of refunding me the $4.75 I lost from the machine, she tries to put my clothes in a cheaper, smaller machine that was $3.50. If I wanted my clothes in a smaller machine, I would have done so myself but bigger machines clean better for the amount of clothes I had so I didn't want her to do that. When I told her that I just wanted the refund for the money I lost from the bigger machine, she was very reluctant and rude about it. The customer should decide what they want to do on how to wash their clothes and if they just want their money back for a refund, they should get it back right then and there. It's bad enough their machines always break down but you would have to deal with their rudeness as well if you decide to come here. There are plenty of other laundry mats that have to be better than this 0 star place

Mm wash clothes there it good but dryer 7 min only it take up to 3 quarters to dry it up
