The set-up is really nice with washers and dryers - I see a lot of options here. Unfortunately I had a less than pleasant experience. I am new to the area and was frustrated at my building's washer and dryer not being able to transfer cash to coins so I wanted to go somewhere that did.

I walk into the building and MISTAKENLY did not bring my laundry with me at first. My bad, honestly. I get that they don't want people getting quarters then leaving. I go to put in my dollars and this woman comes out of no where (I assume she works there) and yells at me to get out. I explained my laundry was in my car and I was going to grab it but she kept yelling at me to get out of there. I was shocked and in disbelief - she was not having anything I had to say and I left in discouragement with my dirty laundry in the car.
 
I would have come back in but I was really shook up by this confrontation and will never come back again. Please, please listen to reason and don't assume people who want to use your business are going to head in and steal your coins. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

very clean place . the older American lady is so helpful . shes always cleaning when I'm there . I will definitely come back 2 this place and recommend my family and friends here .
