Nice place to go if you have a smaller car like a sedan. I have a Subaru Forester with the wind guard in front of the sunroof (factory installed) and when the machine washes the car, it doesn’t remove the soap all the way so I end up having to wipe off the soap myself. Also, the vacuums do not suck very well. Aside from that pretty good place.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.  I took my car there last week and they scratched the back bumper.  When I complained I was told "Well, when our cars are dirty, we don't notice scratches and then when it's clean...they just show up."  I have washed my car by hand the last two times and know what scratches I have.  I told them I was not trying to blame them for all, just the ones on the back bumper that look like brush marks.  The guy says "Well, we haven't had any other complaints of scratching today and look at these nice cars in here".  I did file a report but obviously that is not going anywhere.  Won't be back and will tell everyone I know to not go here.

On our way from central IL to Hilton Head.  SUV  loaded with salt from early January snow and freeze throughout Midwest and East coast.  Found Whataa Wash on google so we stopped.  Bought $7  basic wash.  What we really liked was towels, spray and vacuum supplied free after being pulled through wash.  We were able to wipe down outside, clean wheels and and vacuum inside.  Great place!

Great place! I frequent this location atleast every other week. Price is reasonable and they provide towels and window cleaner with the free vacuums.

They charge 20 dollars for the wash and it has vacuums but there horrible. They have no suction at all. I'm here now writing this review and I spoke to an employee about the vacuums and he basically just blowed me off. I'm going to have to go home or to another car wash and spend more money to clean the inside of my car. Your wasting your money like I just did if you come here. I'll never come here again. It's a rip off in my opinion
