Very UNPROFESSIONAL! On my first visit she kept me and two other customer waiting for almost an hour while she chatted away with the person whose hair she was cutting. She would have kept me waiting longer but I eventually walked out. I gave this woman the benefit of the doubt on my second visit because she was the closest salon to us. During my long wait on this visit too, she was cutting a kid's hair who was the only other person in there. As I waited for her to finally finish the mother of that kid walked in with another kid and instead of apologizing for keeping me waiting so long already and asking if it would be ok to take that other kid ahead of me too, she just agreed with the mother to take her other kid next and leave me to wait even longer. She never bothered to even acknowledge she already had another customer(ME) there and the mother had no shame in cutting ahead. So once again I walked out after wasting my time there.  Never will I ever go back or recommend this place!

Got a great haircut there.  Nina is a wonderful lady and an excellent hair cutter.  Would recommend her to everyone.  Very friendly and cordial atmosphere.
