Val ( the man that sits up front to the very right as you walk in) is very rude and intrusive. Don't use him. He does a horrible job and ask a lot of personal questions that are way over the line. The guy is creepy and gets upset when you don't want to answer personal questions about your kids.

Ive been coming for about a year and i love it. The service is great the quality is great. Overall is amazing. Definitely recomend it

I have been going here for the last 12 years and LOVE it!  I even moved to League City and have tried many different places and none of them compare to preferred nails so I have to end up driving 30 minutes back to Preferred every time I get my nails done.
