I've been sporting a simple buzz cut for years now and usually cut my own hair in the comfort of my home, but I went into Supercuts to have an experienced stylist do my edges and give me a more "finished" appearance before I started at a new office job the following day. Let's just say I'm glad my hair will grow back... The edging was noticeably uneven around both ears and along my bangs. I specifically told the stylist to leave my sideburns, she nodded and said she understood...then proceeded to shave off my sideburns. The entire time she was cutting my hair she appeared confused that I was there and unsure of herself. She spent most of my time in the chair trying to convince me that I should have just done it myself... To be fair, my stylist was friendly and kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. There was almost no wait between walking in the door and being seated for my haircut. No complaints on customer service, but the haircut left me slightly embarrassed to show up at my new job the next day. Needless to say I will be buying a handheld mirror and learning to trim my own edges.

The lady did not listen to my wife or my daughter about her haircut the wife showed or a picture in it looks nothing like an ignorant horrible Delighted to cut my daughter's hair should not be allowed to cut hair and wear

I actually received the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked if they could do a hard part on a medium skin fade. The wait time was short, but I wish it was longer so I had gone somewhere else. My entire head has missed spots, it's visibly not even, the fade is miserably bad and patchy. I have a bald spot I didn't have yesterday, the top of my hair is uneven and doesn't even lay flat. The "hard part" was just the icing on the cake, crooked and not to the skin with varying length. I had a date Friday, thanks. Let me just go cancel that, shave my head, and wear a ballcap. I'd add pictures if I wasn't so embarrassed. If the owner wants to see them let me know.

I will always get my hair done here the manager is great she died my hair but unfortunately she couldn't cut it this last time but it was still done right.

Kita Ray is very good at what she do. I knew all along that she would be successful in cutting hair. I urge you to check her out
