I am writing this review, sad that I have moved 2100 miles away and thus not handy for having Nina cut my hair.  Save once, Nina has cut my hair every time for the last 32 years.  There's a good reason she has such a loyal clientele, actually many good reasons!  Start with Sassoon-trained skill and the understanding of how to take any head and any hair and produce an easily cared for cut which looks good all the time.  Add in an intelligent, interesting person with whom one can not only have a stimulating conversation while being shorn, but someone that one is likely to regard as a friend.  Add in a green certified salon with no stinky chemicals, a bright, well lit space with regularly changing art on the walls and fresh flowers.  The wonder is that anyone would choose to go anywhere else!

For at least the last twenty years or so,  Nina has cut my hair. I will go to no one else :  I have fine, thin hair that does nothing - except when Nina cuts it, and then it behaves and looks great. 

She is attentive & caring, listens and is a GREAT haircutter. I now live a considerable distance from her shop, and I STILL make the trek to go to her. As long as I can, I will continue to do so : NIna is, simply, a great haircutter and a terrific person. Who could ask for anything more?

Nina Homisak is supremely talented, a true artist! Because of her exquisite attention to detail and precision with the shears, her haircuts look great for months!
