Lara went above and beyond! We were under a major time crunch and out of town and she managed to get our son in a really nice rental just in the nick of time. We're real estate investors and I deal with a lot of real estate agents. I couldn't be happier with the results that Lara produced, and will definitely work with her in the future. Thanks Lara!

Owned by racist. Dont waste your time. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran. Me and my wife are both hispanic, when Nixon real estate found this out they did everything to not call me, gave us the run around. These scam artist and thieves took my application fee and then did not give me a call back. Excuse after excuse kept coming in and then finally I found out a WEEK and a half later that I was denied. Hmm, Is it because I am a "wetback?" I served my country proudly and these people are a disgrace to every veteran that has ever served. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The worst experience I have ever had and then they LIED about not showing up until 1pm. These people are horrible very unprofessional,  and racist. They do not work for you they work for their dollar and If I was you, find a new real estate company.

This place is garbage, other than Lara! Marian and the "gang" treat you like garbage if you aren't in the upper financial echelon.

Strongly recommend a different real estate agency. . .

It is unfortunate that you feel the need to personally attack others and misconstrue the situation. I treated your family with the utmost respect,  answered every question YOU asked me, such as daycare recommendations and your questions about being a foster parent, while I drove you around from home to home. I also asked about your family - In my book that is called being cordial and getting to know your clients. You chose a home and put in an application and paid the $50 fee, which includes income verification, criminal back ground, rental/ownership history, and credit history. All of this is clearly stated in the application along with the "non-refundable application fee" statement. The home you chose to move forward with was just purchased by a new owner who was still learning about the property and whose personal situation (which we have no control over) comprised his ability to move forward with leasing it. Your husband called and acted as if he didn't know what was going on after having the situation thoroughly explained to him. We raced against time to make another rental available to you, showed it you you and there was no response. Your husband called and requested the application fee to be refunded, which I declined - there was no down payment. You read and signed the application which clearly states "non-refundable application fee". It is unfortunate that you feel the need to attack others, share your personal business publicly and show that you didn't read the two-pages your signed and agreed to about our company's form "Resident Application Procedures & Qualifying Criteria".  We work hard to find great tenants for our home owners and we focus on maintaining the homes so that tenants and home owners are both satisfied. I wish you and your family no ill will.
