 am so thankful for Jason and Austin Texax Homes.I met Jason at church and decided to Call him up to sell my house and within in 2 weeks I had my house on the market and within 24 hours I had 6 offers and a contract on the house. He told me exactly what needed to be done and we ran with it. He was there for any questions I had before we placed it on the market and answered all questions during the closing process. We went aggressive with the price and the sell exceeded that price. I would recommend Jason for anyone who needs to sell or buy a home. He and his team will work with what ever your needs are. Jason is very honest and Loyal to his clients. I will be using Jason when I am ready to buy another home.

Wonderful experience and high level of professionalism. We are in the process of relocation to Austin area. All those hurdles with remote house hunting could be really difficult. You newer know what to expect. And with Jason's help, this process become much simpler and more pleasant. Within one trip to Austin we were able to find out dream house. He was working with us to narrow down list of houses on the marked that satisfy our requirements and then he dedicated two days of his time for driving us around. And finally he found perfect match for our needs in new construction market. We are so grateful to him for all his help and dedication. God bless him!

I've only ever worked with Jason Crouch @Austin Texas homes, but I have had a wonderful experience. Jason listens to what my concerns are, he listens to my wife's concerns, and then he makes thoughtful suggestions that we haven't even thought of yet. He sold our home in less than a week and negotiated the price down almost 10% on the home that we bought. He's a great guy and I highly recommend him!! I go to church with Frank and he seems like a great guy too. Thank you Austin Texas Homes!

I have known Jason for 12 years.  I'm returning to him now for a third home purchase.  He's been consistently professional, and I've never felt like I was being sold anything.  He was truly a partner in this process every time.  More than that though, he had contacts for all the other people we needed, was reliable and always accessible, and just genuinely a good guy.  I would- and have, highly recommend him.

have two words to describe Jason, Professional and Genuine! My family recently moved to the Austin area from overseas and for a number of years previous to our move, Jason guided us and supported us through the whole process. Not only did Jason advise on the property market in the area that we were interested in, he also provided extensive amounts of information on things to do, cost of living, schools etc... Which to a potential newbie is invaluable. He has unending patience and always has a ready smile, which I've since been told is a 'Texan' thing. I would highly recommend Jason to anybody who is thinking of buying or selling property at any time in the future. Thanks for everything Jason! Caroline (Ireland)
