Eric is awesome!!! He helped us by our personal home 2 years ago, and since then he's helped us sell a condo, buy 3 more investment properties, and now he's helping us prepare one of the investments for sale. I can honestly say that he's the best agent I've ever worked with. He's sold more houses than anyone I've ever met and it definitely shows because he just knows a TON about Austin real estate, construction, selling homes, everything. Because I've worked with him so much, I could tell a million stories, but I'll make it short. He helped us buy our dream home and helped us negotiate the price down plus get a 5 figure concession during the inspection period. He sold our condo at list price in a week. He's helped us buy 3 investment properties that were all in multiple offers and we won them all. I could go on and on, but I'll just say this: If you want help with anything real estate related, call Eric. He's the absolute best. 5 stars all around - no, 10 stars all around!!!

My wife and I worked with Meredith Alderson at Bramlett residential to find our new home in Northwest Austin. She was AMAZING! We looked at hundreds of houses over 6 months and she didn't let us settle on less than what we wanted. We had a great experience, we love our new home, and cannot recommend Bramlett residential enough!

Eric is the best realtor!  We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything - he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress.  Eric always communicates with you so you know everything that is happening all the time.  We put our house on the market during the tough time to sell (back to school time) and Eric was still able to get it sold.  I highly recommend Eric and will use him next time we buy or sell a house in Austin.

Bailey has been nothing but wonderful to us as our realtor in Austin, TX! We're moving from out of state and has been looking for a realtor to help us find a house down in Austin. That's when I came across Eric Bramlett Residential Real Estate, and saw that they specialize in out of state buyers. Bailey reached out to us after I had sent an inquiry and she's so sweet and so easy to talk to. From our initial conversations, it already seemed to me that Bailey was very familiar with the city and was very honest with us in terms of location and just any details that we should know about moving into Austin. She was so patient with us throughout the entire search process, and spent 3 full days just looking at houses with us. She was very on top of everything, reaching out to all the necessary people, and very eager to help us find our new home. She was also very responsive, through email, phone, or text, and when she was busy she would always remember to reach back to us and didn't forget us. Bailey made the whole process of moving across the country a lot more smoother and easier. Anyone looking for a realtor, I would definitely recommend Bailey from Eric Bramlett!

Outstanding Realtor!  I called Eric after our own online research showed that Eric Bramlett and Bramlett Residential received consistent high rankings with the Austin Business Community, as well as hundreds of Google, and Yelp reviews showed a common denominator:  Eric and his staff were highly engaged, used up to date marketing tools, and were communicative with their buyers and sellers.  

With research to back him up, Eric suggested a well considered listing price related to the condition and age of the property that allowed for a quick sale.  We received multiple offers that ultimately drove up the price because we were priced right to begin with.  Eric himself was approachable, extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market, and stayed in contact with us/ or was available during the whole sales process, from start to finish--especially the rough patches.  I am a broker myself (in the DFW area), and appreciated his thoroughness with detail and yet never losing site of 'the big picture.'   Without exception, I would highly recommend Eric and Bramlett Residential!
