I recently had surgery at nJoy a couple months ago and have literally never regretted it, such an awesome experience. The staff was really informative and helpful in the process too.

When nJoy Vision purchased TLC in OKC and Tulsa, they purchased the technology as well as their past patient files to remain committed to TLC's Lifetime Warranty. However, if you are like me and need another enhancement (after having an enhancement surgery when TLC opened on Northwest Expressway in 1996), they will mysteriously lose your file and have no record showing that you were ever a TLC patient. After spending two weeks dealing with this runaround, nJoy still says they have no record of me being a TLC patient; and they have all the TLC files from 1996 to today and have never shredded any files. Yet, TLC corporate says specifically that if my original procedure was done at one location (Windsor, 1995) and an enhancement was done at another location (OKC, 1996), those files are literally moved to OKC. After another call to Stephanie at nJoy, she says they only maintain files for seven years (side note: if they don't maintain documents older than seven years and they don't shred files, maybe they burn them?) Regardless, after spending countless hours talking to TLC corporate and nJoy, today nJoy finally tells me that they only honor the lifetime commitment for those that had their "original" surgery in OKC or Tulsa. It doesn't matter if you had an enhancement in OKC, just the primary/original surgery patients are honored. I find it distasteful that after talking with them so many times over the past few weeks and even having my original doctor contact them, they just now are saying I would not have been honored for lifetime care since I did not have my primary surgery there. This seems very shifty. They can’t find my records, and now all of a sudden, it would not have mattered anyway since my original surgery was in Canada. Yet, they never mentioned that small caveat weeks ago when we started this dialog. If an organization is that devious and underhanded, I would not trust them with my eyes.
