My friends and family have been using Dr. Belardo for years. Up until the last year or so all has been well. Ever since Dr. Belardo quit doing eye exams, things have gone down hill. I have had to use both Dr. Moore and Dr. Scott. Dr. Moore is not very friendly and after my exam with her, I had to have Dr. Scott redo my prescriptions. I am currently having issues getting my new prescription dialed in and have been waiting for Dr. Scott to call me back for over 5 weeks now. I have called twice since my initial call and was told that they would make sure that he called me. I am still waiting to hear from him and having to wear reading glasses along with my contacts. It is too bad Dr. Belardo has chosen to go this route, he was always nice and we never had any issues with him.

I had Lasik done in May of '13 and I am still seeing great! I remember being nervous going into it, but Dr Belardo, and especially his Optometrist, Matt, really made me feel at ease. The procedure was quick and I was very diligent about following directions on drops, usage, etc.. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

My sister had eye surgery yesterday, she is back againg today because the one of the stitches is bad, she is with a lot of pain and they have her from one place to another no body wants to do nothing. Service really poor, there is this lady that was really nasty saying that because they were Hispanic illegal maybe she won't be able to get the medicine, who is this person is this a immigration office or a eye clinic? I feel sorry with this people, I guess she is Hispanic too how she could treat people of her same culture this way? We pay $3500. Cash, no body have to be nasty, and care if people is legal or not. Bad service don't recomend this place!!! Hope my sister heel,

I have nothing but wonderful words for Advanced Laser and the staff. I was really nervous but they all did a great job and eased my nerves. The procedure went smoothly, the doctor and nurses were friendly and funny. If you're looking into having LASIK, I would definitely refer you to Advanced.

My experience with this office has been terrible. I have had to retake tests 4 times now because 1) they misinterpreted the results 2) they lost the results 3)Less than a week before my surgery they realized the results were too old. 4) For some reason they didn't perform all the tests they needed to. When I came down with an eye infection the day before my scheduled surgery I went to see the optometrist Dr. Brooks there who put betadine in my eye. I was told this would help reduce inflammation. What followed was several hours of the worst pain on my life. I actually sat in the lobby crying and rocking back and forth in full view of the receptions who happily chatted. The betadine actually made my inflammation worse, and I had to reschedule. I'm told this is not a standard treatment for an eye infection. An appointment was made for me at the wrong office. I was given the wrong contact lenses. If you try to call, the people who answer are mostly interested in getting you off the phone asap and will transfer you without listening to what you actually need. Every time I show up for Apts at this office everyone seems to have no idea why I'm there. They think I'm there for totally incorrect reasons. One time a tech put me into a room and started doing an exam. Then she went outside with Dr. Belardo, and I heard her asking him why I was there and what she should do. A particular technician has a pretty bad attitude. She put me in a chair for some testing that involved a bright light shining in my eyes. She didn't really give me any instructions but did harshly scold me whenever I blinked my eyes. I finally told her, " look you have to tell me when I have to keep my eyes open and when I can blink because I can't keep my eyes open the entire time I'm sitting here." I do not recommend that you go here!
