Story

At Noches de Colombia, the Colombian and non-Colombian alike will find it difficult to resist the aromas of slow-cooked meats seasoned to perfection making the most tender, juicy and succulent steak and seafood dishes .The scent of creamy garlic-butter sauces and sweet plantains fill the air creating an authentic Colombian experience that our clients gravitate to. Each dish is served with a special garnish to satisfy the memory of mom’s homemade Colombian food and the portions for the price are reason enough for anyone to continue returning.

Established by a family who migrated to the United States 17 years ago with the hope of meeting the all American dream. They found it coming to life through consistent hard-work. Starting with a small project to test the waters in New Jersey, Noches de Colombia grew rapidly attracting individuals, couples and families looking for a comfortable environment with an ambience fit for relaxation.
Catering to the palettes of our clientele, we realized that variety and most of all love were the keys to a quality restaurant experience. Each of our employees maintains a genuine attitude of joy and servitude to help clients with their every need and it is this appeal that defines the core of the restaurant; family. Clay colored tiles become Colombian alleyways from the kitchen to the bar and create an atmosphere of spaciousness and fluidity across the restaurant.
