The food is great, and I love the lunch portion sizes. If they expand on authentic Thai desserts,  it will be great. Also, weight watcher options like brown rice.

Great Thai I'd say it's my favorite Thai food in the area. I've been there 3 times and was never let down.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My Family and I have been coming here for decades and enjoyed the wonderful memories (birthdays, holidays, family dinners...etc.) and food here at Wondee’s.

Unfortunately, when the previous owner Wondee sold the restaurant and left - the experience and quality of food left with her. 

Their new remodeling looks plain and un-inviting. Proven by the empty restaurant on a Friday night. Previous years had every table filled with happy customers. 

Last night was the last straw. Once again they failed to deliver on the mussels appetizer. They run out or is no longer fresh in the evening.  This only means the new owners do not know how to keep a fresh inventory. 

The curry puff app came out 3 minutes after they were ordered and had some cold spots in the middle. Which leads me to believe they microwaved them. 

The shrimp fried rice came out and they were soggy!!! I sent it back to be redone to only get the same thing back from the kitchen. The waitress explained that it was because of the jasmine rice being used. It was more like a soupy rice. No thanks! We refused it and took it off the receipt. 

Overall, this was the last straw and I will never come back here as it is a completely different restaurant and is sub-standard for Thai food. 

I recommend Bangkok Garden (few blocks down) or absolute Thai. 

To the Wondee’s new owners, please change the name of your restaurant. You do not deserve to carry on the Wondee’s legacy.

Flavorful food, truly spicy (if you want).  I live that there is extra sauce so I can stretch the meal by diluting with vegetables for a second time. Great value. Clean tables. Friendly and accommodating staff.

However, if you order the papaya salad, make sure to ask for the black container that can hold liquids bc the clear plastic one leaks if it it not perfectly flush. Also make sure the forks are not on the bottom where they will poke holes in the bag for even a one block distance.

Great Thai food that is generous with portions. Street parking. Small place with delicious food. I always order the Ladd na and my wife always orders the pad see ew. Whenever we are in the area, we always dine here!
