A good change of pace with quick service and nice variety (within the Noodle family, of course). I tend to like dry noodle dishes. The Japanese pan noodles are better than the pad thai for my taste. If you like tofu, you won't be disappointed with how they prepare it here. The best dish may not be the noodles at all. Give the Thai chicken soup a try.

The food was so great! Portion size was perfect. The staff were all friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make our experience good. We went when it wasn’t super busy so it was extra nice.

Not necessarily restaurant quality but great for the price and atmosphere. The pad Thai was good, similar to a boxed pad Thai from the grocery store but nothing like an actual Thai restaurant. Good portion size though. The Japanese udon noodles had a good spiciness and unique flavor. Got them both without meat for a cheaper meal and it was still filling.

I love Noodles & Co., but they are pricey. I crave it a couple times a month or less, but I have to be prepared to spend a little more than I am used to. I usually only get the same couple things - The Mac & Cheese, and the Alfredo Montamore - both of which I love. They could stand to put more sauce on them, though. The chicken noodle soup is delicious, but the prices for those side dishes have progressively gone up over the last 3 years. If prices continue to rise, I will stop going. The portions are large, though, I can attest to that.

Never have been here before and I have to say the menu is very confusing from when I went. It shows that a regular bowl is 6 dollars if you choose tofu. It does not show any additional costs. Turns out the 6 dollars is only for the noodles and its an additional 3 dollars. I checked the receipt and it was 3 dollars for tofu. No where on the menu does it show that. How was I supposed to know that my order would not cost 6 dollars but 9 instead???!! I also got a bowl for my wife. She can't have dairy and I asked the girl at the register what she recommends. She told me to try the cavitapi. When my wife opened the bowl there was a big glob of melted cheese covering the top of her noodles. The food is still fairly good. But the lack of customer service as well as the misleading (and I think illegal) menu killed it for me. Never coming back here.
