I am a big fan of Noodles. I was greeted by a friendly employee who helped me straighten out and get the right dinner for a group of people. Everyone loved their dinners. I especially liked my Caesar salad with parmesan crusted chicken breast and I tasted some of the Mac and cheese and Pad Thai. All were good and I would get either as a meal the next time I am there.

The service was impeccable. Really friendly staff and accommodating to any changes we asked for. Left with a very good first impression.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars in stead of 1 is because they never mess up our order. Other than that, through the past year their food quality has gone way down and so has timeliness of their service and service staff in general. They also neglect their dining areas and there are often more dirty tables than clean. I can tell they are having staffing issues, but as a manager at a restaurant I know that if you don't pay attention to the important things staffing isn't going to change anything. I have stopped eating here because it just won't change, I gave them a year..

This place was dirty. The floors, the bathroom. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and so the 2 empty rolls were left and they put toilet paper on top of the paper holder. The floor was a total mess. I couldn't find a place to sit at a table without plates on it. The cashier acted as if he really didn't want to be there.
