The employee that prepared/served my frap was very friendly, checked to make sure he had my mobile order correct and was very organized and working quickly.  There was only 1 other staff... not sure what she was working on.  The tables, bathroom and work area was very sloppy... tables not clean, bathroom very messy... but in fairness, with only 2 staff you couldn't really expect any better!  I used this location today out of convince, but rarely go because I have yet to go in and find it clean or very friendly.  My husband and I waited for 15 min a few weeks ago, and then my beverage was incorrect and his flat white was room temp.  Poor management?

This Starbucks has served me bitter coffee on the last few  visits.  Their espresso is horrible, which you might not notice with a flavored drink like a vanilla latte or mocha.  They seem to have an incredible turnover in staff, so no one ever seems experienced in their job.  Considering the extremely high prices of their drinks and bakery goods, you would expect top quality.  However, what you actually seem to get is marginal quality at this location.

Slowest location I've ever been too. Probably quicker to just go to the Starbucks inside Kowalskis or HyVee.

Starbucks: realize that if you increase mobile orders, you have to increase staff. This is the hardest working staff, but the line goes out the door in the morning. I love the workers, but the business model is causing suffering. Also, why are there no tall mugs?
