Awesome customer service I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up, but it wasn't done yet. The manager was working the front line and apologized for the delay and offered me a free soda, which I politely declined. It took only 5 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Then before I left he gave me two free sandwich tokens. The pizza was great, the staff were very nice, and overall wonderful service. Will definitely be returning!

Never heard of solos. I was invited to go so i didnt know what the normal was. I didnt want pizza so i ordered a half of a ham and cheese sandwich. What i recieved was a large plate with a half sandwich using a standard piece of white bread with 2 small slices of ham and a slice of cheese. There was more open plate than sandwich.  I paid $5.50 for this half sandwich!  I was floored but i didnt want to create a scene so i ate it.  I realize that that is not their specialty, but how was i to know. They couldnt have put it on a fancy roll? With chips?
I truely felt "ripped off".
They had one chance to make a first impression and they failed.
Somebody in management should have used common sense to realize that what you presented to me was unacceptable.
I have not been back.

I have been told that their pizzas are "the bomb". Thats good for them and anyone who likes pizza.

Usually very good.veggies were skimped on our pizza tonight. Better luck next time.

Really disappointed. Asked for the bruchetta salad and they did not have it, I then opted for the chopped chicken. This salad is well below average. The chicken is questionable at best,there I pieces I just will not eat. The dressing is not particularly appealing in my opinion. Positives were, the lettuce seemed of decent quality. Overall, there was nothing to my experience that would make me want to visit again or recommend to others.
