Fine, like any of their other stores nation wide. For a fast food, it's rather slow. My noodles took about 12min.

I've been going to the Noodles weekly for a couple of years, but you have a manager that is confrontational with customers, so I won't go back. I went in one time after ordering online. I didn't pay online though, so when I went to the pickup, she said I had to get into the other line to pay, but I could go to the front of that line. I wasn't going to cut, so I was happy to go to the back. This manager made a big and rude fuss insisting I pay. A second time I went in and your member reader devices were newly installed and pointing brightly toward every customer. It's unsafe, so I moved it so it wasn't pointed at my eyes. She rudely moved it back, and argued with us. We left and I could hear her make rude remarks as we left. We haven't been back. Ask the staff. They'll know which one I'm talking about. They looked plaintively at me as this authoritative dictator with no sense of customer service berated your customers.

I had the Japanese noodles with some shrimps and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the employees were courteous. If you are in Laurel stop by. This a good place to grab lunch.

The Mac and cheese is just buttered flavorless noodles with a small amount of shredded cheese on top. Disappointed. Spicy Korean BBQ? Not greatest at all either. Doesn't even compare to real Korean food. Won't be coming back. Food just wasn't worth it. Oh and the bathroom has no heat. You go from the nice warm dining area to a freezing cold bathroom. I needed my jacket!
