When I walked in for lunch yesterday I immediately turned around and walked back out because the smell of burnt grease was off-putting. I decided to go back today to see if that was just a fluke.It wasn't. The smell of burnt fryer oil was still strong. So my guess is that they don't change their oil nightly. I took a risk and tried the wings anyways. I ordered old bay wings with ranch and a side of coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted good. I then tried the wings and was confused. The burnt oil taste was certainly in the wings but not as much as I had expected. I thought to myself "are these better than hooters wings from down the street?" The answer was a definite no. Hooters wings don't take 18 minutes and they are crispier. These wings were soaked through with oil like they were not properly cooked. Then when I finished eating the wings I looked around for a napkin . What the heck, there are no napkins on the tables. I have to get up to go find a napkin. I don't see them and my fingers are dripping with oil so I decide to head to the bathroom instead. The door is locked and so I have to wait to wash my hands. As I leave the place I notice a tiny role of paper towels at the front counter that I guess I was supposed to grab before I sat down. Overall, I would say find another place to eat. This place is just missing the mark on both service and food quality.

Horrible customer support. Food takes way to Long. Ordered online and took me an hour to get my food. I complained and Wingstop sent me a gift card worth enough to buy 2 dipping sauces...

Great wings. Yes, the service could be a little better, but you are at a wing joint, relax. Usually only 2 people working, it is what it is.

This one customer service horrible. I have been here since 930 pm it is 959 pm they told me 18 min and they just dropped my fries. The worker is on her phone and doing everything but tending to my food. Mind you I am omw to work. The worst customer service ever like i don't understand. Doctors become doctors to save lives food workers work with food to serve food and give 100 percent customer service If yyou don't like what you do DON'T DO IT. THE WORST WING STOP EVER AND I HAVE BEEN TO THEM ALL FROM HERE TO FLORIDA
