Dr. Gonzalez treats our kitties as lovingly as if they were his own. He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns/questions, and explains procedures and findings clearly. His vet techs are also loving and gentle with our cats. And kudos to the front office staff, who manage a very busy desk with kindness and a sense of humor.

Dedicated Cat Room is a great feature. Great location and hours. Friendly staff and knowledgeable vets - all with a kind touch.

I was debating whether or not to give it 1 star but decided on 2 since the front staff and Vets were very nice and called up with follow up the next day to see how my dog was doing the time I brought my him in for an issue.
Fast forward to today and my dog needed to be seen ASAP as he was peeing blood, restless and barking.  I contacted the front desk who informed me that he probably should be seen today.  Although they were closing in about an hour they told me to bring him somewhere else.  I was speechless when she told me they are completely booked and swamped.  She not only told me to go somewhere else (not giving me any recommendations) but made no attempt to accommodate me knowing this could be an emergency.

Drs. Tuthill and Gonzales literally saved my cats life after she was viciously attacked and sustained life-threatening injuries. 
Over the course of 2 months I took her in every other day for bandage changes, dead tissue removal, and other assorted treatments, and every single person in that office - front desk, vet assistants, EVERYONE - was totally invested in her survival. 
I'm so grateful for the incredible dedication of the entire staff to making things as easy as possible, and to both Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Tuthill for their skill and truly loving care. My sweet cat never once protested in all the time we spent there. She would literally lay on the table and extend her leg for treatment. She clearly trusted them.
Amazing experience.

I've been taking my cats here for years.  I love everyone here, they treat my kitties like family and the care is excellent!
