While I was looking and trying to decide what pastry to order, I saw a small food fly flying all over the pastries. I quietly let the Barista know and her answer was “we know, the Manager knows and we can’t do anything about it.”
Be careful of the lunch items they offer. I grabbed a pasta item and the noodles were crunchy, talked to a worker about it and they told me that’s how they are supposed to be. I don’t believe that’s right, I’ve never had a crunchy noodle. They wouldn’t do anything so I just threw it away and wasted the $10 I spent. Not a great experience.
quite literally the worst coffee i’ve ever had and i paid 10$ for a medium. i think they added 5 too many scoops of chocolate powder. it was so nasty, i only ended up drinking a couple sips as that’s all i could handle.
The employees here are always bustling to get everyone their treats. I was very surprised to enjoy this place so much. They are my go-to place for a tasty drink! I seriously don't go to Starbucks when I know there's a Nordstrom Coffee Bar in the mall. Great employees who are fast and friendly and tasty drinks.
Pricey but Turkey on croissant is so good! Fresh too.

Everything about Nordstrom Ebar is great. They have a tasty selection of snacks, salads, and pastries. The coffee drinks are great too!
Amazing friendly staff, fast service with a smile, drinks are on par with what I might expect elsewhere. While waiting, I was eye level to the product shelving, and was taken aback by how dusty it all was. Otherwise a fine experience.
Wonderful staff that are very informative & artistic have a great day guys!!!!
I loved my latte, it was way better than Starbucks and it costs less too. yum
