If you are trying to do any work here, just know you won't be able to. They blare music at the highest volume possible- even headphones won't cover up the music. There is a huge group of men here every single day for hours that take every single chair in the building so you won't be able to find a seat, and they feel so comfortable they will be just as loud as the music is as well. I wish there was some effort taken here to allow people to get some work done- like at all other Starbucks I've been to.
First time in Cherry Creek at this Starbucks. I ask for soy milk and he said "its more expensive, it that ok?" Have never had anyone ask me that so it was a little weird. I can read a menu. I hand him a 20 and holds it up to light so exaggerated that at first I thought he was waving for change. Ive never had a Starbucks check my money. I sit for a while and decided to buy a water before I leave. Walk up to the counter and he greets me with, "she's back!" I don't know if they aren't use to my kind or what his problem was but it was very awkward for me and uncomfortable. Its very clear when people are treating you differently. Normally I wouldn't care too much but I was waiting for my spouse who has cancer and was getting a PET scan up the street to see if the cancer spread. I was trying to relax and not think negative. His superior attitude almost brought me to tears. Think twice about going here if you don't look like their normal customers. A lot of you will know what I mean.
I went in with my mother. We ate hot chocolat and chocolate croissant there, 1 hour later, we were sick with a bad diarrhea, abdominal pain and nausea... It was definitely not fresh or contaminated with germs :
I thought I would give this place another espresso shot ; but I still keep encountering rudeness from this Starbucks location from the baristas. The servers seem unhappy and throw attitude here which is uncommon for Starbucks, generally. It's not the first time but many times I have found this location to be this way, so off to a different location for me where I am welcomed and respected.
Great service from Nellie, who recommended the Buddha Bowl, which was truly exceptional.
This is a surprisingly bad Starbucks given the neighborhood. Some of the employees are rude or unwelcoming at best, their work area is a mess and they can't get drinks out quickly even though they aren't that busy. Barista is for some reason screaming out drink names like the customers are across the street instead of ten feet away. I came here to do some work and left after 20 min to find another coffee shop.
Between me and my family, we spend over $10K a year at Starbucks, so I was very disappointed that one customer complained about seeing a dog in here and now no dogs are allowed. Especially since they have photos of local dogs hung up on the wall. I will now take my business to another local coffee shop that does allow dogs.
This Starbucks has comfy couches outdoor! It's beautiful in the Spring with flowers around. It also has heating lights and a fireplace, so you won't feel cold outside. I love it!
Ambience is great but found HAIRS in BOTH of our drinks... DISGUSTING!!Food: 1/5
Stopped here Wednesday night with my friends and batista was amazing! Super friendly and great service! I ordered the new pineapple passion fruit refresher and the Barista was informative and attentive, they made sure I liked the drink and offered to replace it if I didn't. 10/10 for customer service
