I explained to the saleswoman that I had just bought a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes from their website, but wondered if they had a pair that I could try on to make sure the size was correct. Without even checking she tells me that they don't have my size (which is a very common one) and then turns her back on me. It was a weekday morning and the store and mall were empty. It was obvious that she didn't want to help me if she wasn't going to get the sales commission. AE makes great shoes but the sales staff at this store is terrible. Go to Nordstroms instead.

Very friendly & helpful people at this location.  I have used AE's catalog for years - but having a local store allows you to try out various shoes made on a number of Lasts.  There is more fit to a shoe than size & width, and a local store helps save time in finding a good fitting pair.

Never have the shoes and sizes in stock. Been buying Allen Edmonds for years. Would rather go to Nordstrom.  Sales team is awful!
