It's never satisfying when you can't find your size, but they make it all up at Call It Spring at Kenwood Towne Center. I worked with Audra and not only does she know American sign language, but she knows how to treat customers right! Always on spot with sizes, styles and suggestions. Professional, friendly, efficient (especially when helping a handful of customers simultaneously) just all around what you want from a retail customer service associate. First time shopper and wont be the last time. Thanks Audra!
