Shoutout to Kristi in the women’s underwear department. Not sure why no one else seems to be able to do a proper bra fitting but my life’s has impact exponentially now that I have a good fit. Kristi was very professional and understanding of my insecurities with the experience and I would recommend to see her for all your bra questions

They had a good variety of brands on clearance. I had second thoughts about a shirt that I had bought there and decided to return it. The staff was quick and helpful processing the return. Hope this helps!

This is a review for the men's suit department. I was trying to get a suit size for my brother (I'm a girl). I asked one of the people working there if they could help with finding his size and they basically refused to help. I felt so uncomfortable that I basically had to leave. I really wouldn't suggest this place to anyone looking for suits for prom or for anyone who is trans. Not very supportive staff there.

Nordstrom cosmetics deptt. is a huge mess---many customers here describe employees---rude, snobs, bullies. Store mgmt. lousiest, many good employees walked away saying they couldn't take it---so bad culture prevailing at this store. Employees call store mgr. Joe Greco---rude/crude. He never apologizes knowing well customers are hassled unnecessarily. Highest mgmt./Co-President Mr. Erik Nordstrom seems respectful of others who takes Pride in the work he does at Nordstrom, but surprisingly despite taking my time to bring "facts" to him/them as to how poorly the employees of their MOA store on the1st floor treat customers, with zero sense of any customer service whatsoever, they clearly give run around to people, yet not a thing has been done to improve---or it would show some improvement at this store. Their store mgr. never return phone call, he tells the operator Devin to let customer/customers know that he's busy and can't talk to anybody, therefore some kind hearted / helpful people as myself take the time to communicate with Nords. higher mgmt., just to help them. As I tell our society that when you see the wrong being done out there, don't look the other way saying it's not our business, instead take your time and pitch in to help mgmt. improve their quality of service, it's our Civic responsibility/duty. In other departments of this store the employees might help you, but their 1st floor cosmetics/fragrance department brings bad reputation to this retailer. Obviously this retailer have a deaf ear to "Feedback." Mr. Erik Nordstrom apologized to me for the lousy service but the store mgr. Joe Greco have never apologized when he clearly knows how poorly his cosmetics deptt. treat customers. Take a look at the One-Star comments given by several customers based on their experiences at this store---just in the last one yr. But this store neither cares/nor want to be bothered/nor value customers. No wonder one of the major reasons people don't care to shop in the retail stores---customers spoke loud and clear---preferring online shopping, to avoid employee attitudes. All high end businesses in MN where I go as a long time loyal customer---thank me with wonderful letters of appreciation/gratefulness, value me and my business greatly and appreciate my kindness and generosity. Some of such wonderful letters are posted on LinkedIn in my Profile under "Acts of Kindness" and there is tremendous mutual respect. "EXCEPT Nordstrom," because snobbish culture does not earn people's respect unfortunately, in my opinion based upon my experiences as well as other customers describe this Nordstrom store in their one-star comments, here on Google. Customers are the boss and those who understood this fact, are successful businesses(once an owner of a great business said that :) and he said to me that he tells his mgmt. that you don't want the boss(customers) to expel you out of job--simply by not shopping. It showed his wisdom and "humility," no wonder a respectable business that everyone takes Pride in it both--- the customers and employees!!! Respect is earned, customer comments describe employees/mgmt. at Nordstrom MOA store as bullies/rude. I like to give 5-Stars to businesses (as here on Google) who understand their commitment to our society and know how to treat people with respect, have provided excellent customer service consistently for decades---to this day, and they know how to value and appreciate great/awesome customers, UNLIKE NORDSTROM at this MOA store. A GOOD NAME IS EARNED AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN BUY IT! I sincerely hope this Retailer/store learn to treat customers with respect so people don't name call them as bullies/snobs, etc.as they have here on Google about Nords. MOA store. A customer visited MOA from out of State and gave 5-stars (comment online)to the entire MOA, But specified "EXCEPT Nordstrom store." What a shame! Well! I did my share to help this retailer--they don't wanna see it, it's their prerogative. I believe every human has good in them, so I sincerely try to help.

I had bought some expensive boots in September and wore them a handful of times including the first time in the snow and realized they were awful! I cleaned them off and found my receipt and told the sales person and he gave me a FULL refund! I used it to buy some better boots at Nordstrom:)
