Oh Baby in the Galleria is a true gem. We first bought things from there before our oldest was born. We used their custom design services to create a crib bumper and rocker that would fit perfectly with our gray/white theme for the nursery. And since that time we've continually gone back for other decorating and clothing items. The staff is always fantastic, knowledgeable and willing to help with recommendations - or entertain our children!

I'm so upset. I could have easily gotten the same exact crib online for tax and shipping free, but decided to buy in store because the sales team told me there was free shipping. Two days after my purchase, I received a call saying the shipping was not free and they could not refund my order. They were unwilling to help me and now I have to make a 3 hr round trip to pick up the crib.

The prices are ridiculous. I have received a few gifts from this store and they are completely impractical outfits and unbelievably overpriced. The pants are two times too long and too thick to roll up six inches. It is actually maddening to get items with the "oh baby" tag on them because all I can think is how many practical items I could have gotten for the same price. From a mother with a newborn... these items are NOT worth it.

1) they never answer their phone 2) they are incredible unfriendly; almost snobby. 3) ridiculously overpriced.

I love Oh Baby!  I have bought a number of gifts there for friends of mine who have kids and am excited to hopefully buy my baby furniture from this store! The selection is incredible and very well organized.  They always have a great mix of vintage/new materials as well as adorable baby clothing.  I would recommend this store to anyone who has a child or is buying for someone.  It is a little pricey, but worth the expense!  Very high quality materials.
