Terrible customers.  The store itself is fine, the customers on the other hand are the worst.  Self intitaled and impatient, each one could use a good smack in the face.  I heard one guy say the employees seem to not like their job.  Of course they don't like their jobs, they work at JC Penny and have to deal with you.  Great store except for the people, also once I found a dollar in the parking lot.

This is one of the remaining stores where it might be worth looking it's clean and the people are helpful.

Just horrible and annoyed. I had two items in my hands and I had to go from register to register because there was only one person at the cash wrap and they kept telling me to go to another one. Unbelievable, no wonder it's closing down the customer service is just horrid and they just are plain rude.
Never going to this location ever again.
