I have always been an avid Nordstroms shopper in fact it is one of my favorite stores. I usually shop at North county fair until most recently. I have been buying several of the same brand of earrings and shoes as well as clothes all of which have some how lost there quality. I really don't want to rant about how awful things have been but I feel they have a serious buyers issue that needs addressed. I know without doubt the quality is different in how the clothes wash and the JEWLERS nordateoms brand hoop earrings after purchasing almost 5 pairs all in a 4 month Period all of which were returned for discoloration. The same earrings I had for almost 3 years with no problems.  The quality of some brand of clothes I use to buy the fabric has definitely cheapened in looks and after the  first wash I see beaded particales all over the Tees.  I ordered a pair of shoes that showed in the mail worn. What saddens me out of the 30 years I have been shopping at Nordstroms I have to say the quality of customer care is way down especially in this location. I have spoken with store manager twice yet NOTHING was addressed! I have now switched to the Fashion Valley mall where I see a HUGE difference in customer service. I am no longer purchasing clothes or jewelry from Nordstroms  anymore.  Bring back the quality this is the one store we're cutting corners wasn't an option not it appears it's the standard😥

I cant believe how amazing the employees are here. I had an old injury to my knee and it acted up while I was shopping. I was unable to move at all. The employees there came to my rescue. I was so embarrassed but they made me feel like everything was ok. Thank u to all the kind woman and gentleman that gave there helping hand.

I'm disappointed there's not much selection in the encore section. I'm also disappointed that there's so much clothing that's expensive, see through, has poor shape and material and polyester! The amount of expensive 100% polyester astounds me

I have always had an amazing experience shopping at any Nordstrom's until most recently. I started my shopping experience in the women's area where I was helped by a young girl named Kim, she was great! Very attentive and extremely helpful and went over the top to ensure that I found some cute outfits to take on my upcoming trip to Cancun. I purchased my things with her and then ventured over to another area and Nordstroms which is where things went downhill

I recently had shot at the Nordstrom in Fashion Valley where I found a couple of bathing suits that did not fit. So being that I was at North County I figured I would see if they had those bathing suits in my size. Lo and behold I found both suits that I wanted on the sale rack and I was so excited to try them on to make sure that they fit. I walked over to the dressing area and stayed there for over 15 minutes waiting to be helped, mind you there is a cashier station 5 feet from the dressing area where there were two Associates working neither of which ever offered to come and help me into a fitting room. One of the Associates in particular made eye contact with me numerous times without even making a comment such as we will be right with you! I was blown away! I was about to spend almost $300 on two bathing suits, mind you I already purchased a bathing suit from another store these would have just been extras because I liked them so much. I was extremely let down with the service, place the items down on the chair in front of the fitting room and walked out. I will no longer shop at Nordstrom's North County, for the price we pay as customers to shop with them we should be acknowledged when we are in there.
