Reviews

Sad this store cannot help a customer when you call and ask if they can check for a certain item. Instead they tell me I have to take a 1 hour drive to see for myself because they don't hire enough staff to do this.

The Ross in Crystal Lake reminds me of a store going out of business - half empty shelves & racks with alot of floor space. Tried other Ross locations and they're all the same. What a waste, won't be returning.

I called 3 road locations to check on a shoe size for my son. I saw the shoe at a ross in Hoffman estates, and they didn't have his size. So I called Streamwood, Schaumburg and crystal lake location and no one called walk back and check on it for me because they didn't have people on the floor, only people on the registers, every time I have been at Ross there is only one register open with a long line, while other employees are on the floor, they even have headsets to communicate. I called mid day during the week and everyone said they had no time to help me, or enough people to check, wow! hire more people Ross or stop hiring lazy people with no customer service skills.
